Please note that we do not ship within Texas.
We use the US Postal Service's Priority Mail and try to mail out once a week (Friday).
If we are out of town, we will contact you to forewarn you of any delay in shipping and provide an estimate of when we will be back and able to ship your items.
- Return Policy
Please use the contact form or e-mail us at hellokitty2399 at gmail for any issues you may have.
*Exchanges - we'll ship out the replacement at no additional cost upon receipt of the returned item.
* Damaged or defective items- we will re-ship you a new one - no questions asked and at no additional cost to you. There is no need to return the item in this case.
Of course, should there be anything else, we're happy to handle any problems on a case-by-case basis.
